How much OnlyFans agencies charge

Typical revenue shares, how “net” is calculated, the extra costs to ask about, and a worked example of what you keep.

Almost every OnlyFans management agency is paid a percentage of the money your page earns, usually called a revenue share or commission. Some add a monthly retainer or setup fee, but the percentage is the number that matters most, because it applies to every month you work together.

Key takeaways

  1. Full-management agencies often take 30–50% of net earnings, sometimes more.
  2. What the percentage is taken from matters as much as the number.
  3. Ask about every extra cost before you sign.
  4. Compare what you expect to keep, not the headline rate.
01

Typical commission ranges

Rates vary with how much work the agency does. As a rough guide to what creators report being offered:

ModelWhat the agency doesTypical share
ConsultingAdvice and strategy; you do the workFlat fee or a small share
Co-managementSplits the work with you, for example promotion or fan chat onlyLower than full management
Full managementPlanning, promotion, fan chat, retention and reportingOften 30–50% of net

A higher percentage is not automatically worse. An agency that takes 50% and doubles your income leaves you better off than doing it alone; one that takes 30% and adds nothing leaves you worse off.

02

Gross vs net

OnlyFans keeps 20% of what fans pay. What is left is often called net earnings. The same headline percentage costs you very different amounts depending on which figure it is taken from.

Fairer

Share of net

The agency’s percentage is taken after the platform fee. This is the more common approach.

Costs more

Share of gross

The percentage is taken from what fans paid, before the platform fee, so the agency’s cut is larger.

A worked example

Say fans spend $10,000 in a month and the agency takes 40%:

Share of netShare of gross
Fans spend$10,000$10,000
OnlyFans fee (20%)− $2,000− $2,000
Agency share (40%)− $3,200 (of $8,000)− $4,000 (of $10,000)
You keep$4,800$4,000
$800

Difference per month at the same 40% rate, purely from what the percentage is taken from. Always ask which one you are being quoted.

Also ask

Are refunds and chargebacks deducted before the share is calculated? If not, you can pay commission on income you never kept.

03

Costs to ask about

Setup fees

Most reputable agencies are paid from revenue they help create, not upfront.

Ad spend

Who pays for paid shoutouts or ads, and does it need your approval first?

Chatter costs

Is fan messaging included in the share, or billed separately?

Tools

Scheduling, analytics or CRM software charged back to you.

Minimums

A fixed monthly amount you owe even in a slow month.

Exit fees

Penalties for leaving, or a share of future earnings after you go.

04

What a fair deal looks like

  • The percentage is written down, along with what it is a percentage of.
  • Platform fees, refunds and chargebacks are handled in a way you can check yourself.
  • Any extra cost needs your approval before it is spent.
  • You receive a statement each period showing the earnings, the percentage and the agency’s share.
  • There is a trial period, and you can leave on reasonable notice without losing your content or future income.
